植物激素调控水稻花器官发育分子机制的研究进展

摘 要:

水稻花器官具有外稃、内稃和浆片等单子叶植物特有的器官和形态结构, 其正常发育不仅是水稻繁育后代的基础, 还直接影响到水稻的产量; 因此, 阐明水稻花器官发育的分子调控机理对于发育生物学基础理论研究和农业生产都具有重要的意义。本文主要综述近年来几种植物激素(生长素、细胞分裂素、赤霉素、茉莉素)在调控水稻花器官产生和形态建成方面的最新研究进展, 并对这些研究成果的应用前景进行了讨论。

Abstract:

Different to that of eudicot model plant, rice flower organs display distinct morphology such as lemma, palea and lodicules, which not only provide basis for reproductive development and generation propagation, but also is determinant to rice yield. Therefore, it’s important to uncovering the molecular mechanism underlying rice flower development. In this review, we introduced the advances in the molecular mechanism underlying phytohormones function in regulating rice flower development, including auxin, cytokinin, gibberellin and jasmonate. The prospects and potential application of these hormones in farming were also discussed.
